School Rules

1. The monthly fee is to be paid before the 10^th of every month.
2. The monthly fee is accepted in the school office between 8.15 AM to 2.00 PM in summers and 8.45 AM to 2.15 PM in winters.
3. All students must deposit the monthly fee in time i.e. before 10^th of every month.
4. Failing to deposit the monthly fee in time shall attract late fee fine of Rs. 10 per day till actual payment is made.
5. In case the monthly fee is not paid within 60 days from the due date, the name of the student shall be struck-off from the school rolls and fresh admission shall be sought.
6. No requests for waiver of late fee charges shall be entertained in any case.
7. No request for change in the transport mode shall be entertained without a prior notice of one month.
8. No request for availing of school transport shall be entertained during the session if the same is not opted at the time of admission.
9. Examination fee is to be paid along with the monthly fee for the month of August and for the month of February.
10. The monthly fee for the months of June and July is to be paid in June and the monthly fee for the months of February and March is to be paid in February.
11. Separate reminders for the monthly fee shall not be sent. Parents are requested to kindly refer to the fee receipts for their convenience.

The School expects the parents to play a complimentary role in developing and making the child realize his/her full potential.

1. Please take care to send your ward to school in a proper uniform neatly washed, hair combed and polished shoes.
2. Help your child to be punctual to school and regular in work.
3. Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct should be observed while you visit the school.
4. While communicating with the principal, mention the name and class ofyour ward.
5. Please make it a habit to read your ward’s diary daily and take note of the teacher’s remarks.
6. Certain amount of regular English conversation at home with children is necessary.
7. Pay school fee in time i.e. before the 10^th of every month. A student will not be allowed to sit for any of the examinations unless all dues of the school are paid up to date.
8. Verbal requests through employees or relatives to allow children to go home before the school gets over will not be complied with.
9. Please ensure that any change of residential address, telephone numbers etc. must be informed to the school in writing as well as corrected in diary on the first page.
10. Attend the scheduled parent-teacher meeting to lessen the communication gap between the school and yourself.
11. Please do not try, to enter the class room area and meet any teacher directly. You can meet the principal on any day during the meeting hours or by prior appointment.
12. Parents have the option to deposit for the whole year in advance.
